Green Sawdust Burner system for Kiln Applications
DelTech produces several sizes of sloped grate green sawdust burners to meet the needs of our lumber drying systems. These burners are engineered to operate on sawmill sawdust residuals up to 55%MCwb. The multistage combustion system consists of fixed slope grate gasifying burner, with an extended secondary burning chamber and optimized multistage combustion air system to complete combustion. This process results in low combustion process carryover with a reduced particulate accumulation within the kiln heating chamber. The system is designed with longevity and efficiency factors in mind, using specialized materials for the grates, which add for system durability and reduce the cost of overall ownership. State of the art controls and instrumentation ensures an optimized combustion process with higher efficiencies further reducing operational costs.
