We offer employee and management benefits, a safety-first attitude, and a management team that encourages professional development.

DIVERSITY. MOBILITY. OPPORTUNITY.

At BID, we provide a unique environment for employees to gain experience outside of their core trade and leverage those skills for upward mobility in their careers.

As a multi-divisional operation, BID tradespeople often work for more than just one company or site location. Our complex and challenging projects also offer the opportunity for skillset diversification.

With many projects on the go in many different regions, BID offers subsidized travel from the employees’ home base and competitive living-out allowances.

We believe a solid apprenticeship program is critical to maintaining our high standards for quality. We are proud to have graduated over 200 tradesmen through apprenticeship programs in carpentry, millwrighting, welding, machining and fabricating.

We offer employee and management benefits, a safety-first attitude, and a management team that encourages professional development. If you enjoy working at a fast pace, appreciate a dynamic working environment, and are professional in your customer and co-worker relationships, we want to hear from you!
